FLUFFmas aka FLUFF #6 was a success — thank you Queer Coda for their beautiful synth driven music, Cyberia for gracing the stage delivering their first ever performance, Tea Fannie for her immense talent and stage presence and coming all the way from Canada (thanks Lavender for making it happen), Rodney for their experimental bespoke sonic experience and Oorya for casting a magical spell on us. Special thanks to Lee, our sound engineer for the last year. Thanks to everyone who keeps coming back and the new faces we see every time. We will see you next year!

FLUFF #5 curated by Norrisette was magical thanks to the wonderful performances of The Silver Field, Cholly, Indigo Jung and Thamanna as well as Fear of Marko. Special thanks to Mike Plunkett for taking this capturing the spirit of FLUFF in this beautiful picture!

I recently went to Germany to see family and friends and I played a joint gig with my sister Sonja (performing as raaz). We played our own material, one hour each, on a late hot Summer night, a Friday, at Terminus in Saarbrücken — thank you Geoffrey for letting us play there, our sister Marina for helping with organising the gig and Sonja for leading on the sound engineering. We went from ambient to full blown techno and even the police came towards the end, ha! Thank you for everyone that came down, especially the ones that heard about it through word of mouth — it was so nice seeing old and new friends supporting us.

FLUFF #4 was such a joy! Thank you Indigo Jung for your beautiful ambient DJ set, congratulations to Niamh for her first stunning live performance with Lavender (who also had their first performance at FLUFF #2), cheers Ethereal & The Elevated and Flowers Of Evil for their captivating performances! The first picture is taken by me during my headline set as I wanted to capture the incredible audience that was so engaging and encouraging — it was also nice to see familiar faces of some wonderful people who came to previous FLUFFs. I’m so happy Norrisette and I set up this night and created a space for experimenting, presenting, collaborating (there’s some collaborations of FLUFF performers to be released soon…) and celebrating! The next FLUFF will be curated by Norrisette and will take place in September… Watch this space…
